1. Nature of service

The Alpha Desk provides educational content and research reports prepared by a SEBI-registered Research Analyst. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalised investment advice, a guarantee of returns, or an offer to buy or sell securities.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited; each report is watermarked with your identity.

3. Licence to content

Purchased content is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial, on-site viewing. You may not download, copy, screenshot, record, print, scrape or redistribute any content. Breach results in immediate termination without refund and may result in legal action.

4. Payments

Prices are in INR and include applicable GST. Razorpay payments are confirmed instantly. Google Pay QR payments are verified manually within 24 business hours.

5. Refunds

See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Because reports are time-sensitive digital goods, they are non-refundable once accessed.

6. Risk disclosure

Investment in securities market is subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing. Registration granted by SEBI and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
